UK Delivery

We offer free delivery within the UK.

Our standard delivery for Personalised Gift Art is via Royal Mail 1st Class. Personalised Gift Art sent to UK destinations will take between 1 and 2 working days after despatch from our studio.

Limited Edition Prints are sent using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 Hours service. Limited Edition Prints sent to UK destinations aim to be delivered within 48 hours after despatch from our studio.

International Delivery

Delivery to outside of the UK is calculated at the checkout and is dependent on the dimensions of the package and the destination.

For Personalised Gift Art we offer either Royal Mail International Tracked or various Parcelforce options depending on location. Personalised Gift Art sent to international destinations will take between 3 and 7 days after despatch from our studio.

For Limited Edition Prints we offer either Royal Mail International Tracked or various Parcelforce options depending on the size of the artwork and the delivery location. Shipments are tracked as standard for your peace of mind. Limited Edition Prints sent to international destinations will take between 3 and 7 working days after despatch from our studio.

International shipments are sent DDU Delivery Duty Unpaid. This means the recipient will be liable for any local sales taxes, import duties or handling fees on orders placed for delivery outside of the UK. Please contact your local customs office prior to purchase if you are unsure of costs involved.

We are currently experiencing some delivery delays due to Brexit and Covid, so your order may take a little longer than usual to arrive.

Returns

General

Items purchased in our online shop may be returned within 14 days of receipt.

If an incorrect item is sent, it will be replaced only if it is returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

If you wish to claim a refund please do so by e-mailing info@jospin.co.uk, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

Limited Edition Prints

Provided items are received by Jospin Art Ltd  in a re-saleable condition, a refund will be issued. The cost of returning the item will not be refunded, unless the item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent.

Personalised Gift Art

Where Gift Art has been personalised, refunds will only be given if the message has been incorrectly printed, if the item is faulty, or the incorrect item was sent. Where this is the case, the refund will include the original shipping cost and the shipping cost for returning the item.
